Screaming Hours of "Uploading Pain"

I have used screencast-o-matic to create 5 different introduction movies for Geometer Sketchpad, only so have issues in uploading them to my blog or the class ning.  Therefore I will now attempt a podcast for the Quadratic Formula that hopefully will not have the same problems!!!
