During the last weeks with the start of school and traveling to visit my family, I lost time and did not recall to reflect about my last Leadership class. At least until now!
During the last class I realized that I will become more of a leader within my department. This realization actually came these last few weeks as I am teaching the Geometry course geared towards our high schools Construction Career Academy. With this a grant was awarded the program that includes a Promethean Active board for my classroom along with some of the additional tools. I am awaiting patiently to order, receive and start learning how to incorporate this tool within my classroom and educate my colleague on the use of it. Again only time will tell how everything will work out.
